REMOVALS PROCEDURES
Initially, removal requirements are identified (i.e. vehicles, staff, equipment, dates, time frame, customer requirements).
Vehicle access is organised for pick up and drop off address (permission or permits if required).
A 'Risk Assessment' is then carried out at both the collection and delivery address.
Standard removal equipment used by A B Castle Ltd:
tape, labels, boxes, crates, sack barrows, dollies, piano wheels, safe movers, hanging wardrobes, bubble wrap, paper etc
All packing equipment will be used in line with the British Association of Removers (BAR) schedule of requirements. All necessary protection is used as standard procedure (i.e. floors, banisters, doors, walls and lifts where necessary are covered with protective materials).
